Once again, EPCOR raises a glass to community, sustainability, and pride for Edmonton’s river valley with its Glass of the Sask campaign—a celebration of quality tap water and local culinary community. Over 25 restaurants are proudly pouring a Glass of the Sask to patrons, bringing water stewardship to the forefront in a refreshingly local way.

For the 3rd consecutive year, BONAFIDE spearheads the Glass of the Sask restaurant component, engaging local restaurants in the campaign managing outreach and content for participating restaurants—inviting the public to sip and support while reflecting on the value of water in their everyday lives and in the kitchens of their favourite eateries.

This year – five restaurants created and will feature a dish in honour of the campaign and as a way for the public to acquire their very own Glass of the Sask water carafe to take home! The gift with purchase promotion runs all summer long:

June 20 – 30

Baba’s Your Uncle Pizza – Smoked garlic sausage, mozzarella, cheddar, potatoes, onion, mushroom, dollops of sour cream cheese and green onion garnish

July 4 – 14

The Kaiserkeller Combo – Two house-made dogs topped with German potato salad, curried ketchup, pickles, green onion, garnished with dill & pretzel bits. Each served with a side of chips.
