It’s no secret Calgarians LOVE brunch and for over nearly 20 years, Calgarians have been fueled by Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters, a pioneer in the city’s ever growing coffee scene.
In December 2023, Sebastian Sztabzyb and Phil Robertson launched BLOOM by Phil & Sebastian – a casual dining concept located in Marda Loop. Featuring breakfast and handhelds made with locally-sourced ingredients, scratch-made breads baked daily.
Menu includes the “Donut You Know It” Breakfast Sandwich featuring TWO French Toast Hoopla Donuts as the bun with eggs, bacon, sausage, Gruyère cheese and a bunch of messy sauce.
BONAFIDE was brought on board to host a media preview and placed news of the launch on Global Calgary, Calgary Herald, SAVOUR and Culinaire.
